Vercel · hosting
Runs the application and delivers the website. Functions run in Dublin, Ireland. Provider: Vercel Inc. Receives technical request data such as IP addresses.
Resend · email delivery
Sends booking confirmations, reminders, verification codes, invitations and notifications from mail.getserein.dk. Sending region: Ireland (eu-west-1). Open and click tracking are switched off. Provider: Resend, Inc.
Stripe · subscriptions and deposits
Processes subscription payments and restaurants’ optional deposits. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach Serein. Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. Stripe is an independent controller for some of the data it handles for payments and regulatory duties.
Cloudflare · bot protection
Turnstile checks that a booking or contact request comes from a person. It receives the visitor’s IP address and browser signals. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
Transfers, safeguards and changes
The primary application database is in Ireland. Where a provider group may access data from the United States, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We give restaurant customers at least 30 days’ notice by email before we add or replace a subprocessor.
